She Leans In

An online campaign to share the career break stories of women and men where the success and struggle stories were highlighted . This was done to make sure that women speak their mind out and raise their voice to ask for more in life.

Mentor Her

Women tend to receive less of the high-quality mentorship that accelerates careers, hence making men outnumber women in senior roles. The campaign aims at providing a platform to give women quality mentorship from senior leaders, both men and women.

Equal Pay Day

April 10 was Equal Pay Day which means women had to work all of 2017 and until this day in 2018 to catch up with what men earned in 2017 alone. To raise awareness of the gender pay gap, Lean In launched #20PercentCounts. Our goal is to encourage companies everywhere to commit to equal pay.
