Nothing will be impossible – My career break by Dapinder Kaur

I come from a small village in Haryana. My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. I have two younger brothers who are very young and still pursuing their studies. I was working with Axis Bank for the past 6 years and 2 months back I decided to quit my job. You may wonder why I decided to quit instead of taking a small break or a sabbatical. There were numerous reasons for this. I got transferred to a remote location which was quite far from home. Travelling to work every day required hours of travel and I would return home quite late in the night. My mother’s health started to deteriorate and there was nobody who could take care of the house. Even though I am enjoying my break, I really want to join back and be in the workforce. I strongly believe that I will get good jobs after my career break because I know that if I have faith in myself, I will become unstoppable and nothing will be impossible.
